Does anyone eat bologna anymore? I think the last time I ate bologna, it was substituted for prosciutto on a muffaletta (a mortal sin in my opinion), and that was about ten years ago!

Figs are high in fiber and contain lots of potassium. My grandmother had huge fig trees at her house, but I never ate them. How do you feel about figs?

I think everybody can get into that! I had a great "s'more" in Hawaii made with brownies, marshmallows, and ice cream. It's a summertime s'more, I guess!

Typically, angel food cake (which is made with egg WHITES and no yolks) is lower in fat than other cakes. I love to slice an angel food cake in half crosswise and fill it with strawberries . . .
